Plas Bod Llwyd aims to provide the highest standard of residential care, meeting individual needs in a homely, friendly environment. This can range from short term respite care and palliative care, to ‘end of life’ care.
Plas Bod Llwyd’s Residential care is for older people who find it increasingly difficult to manage at home without additional help and support. The care team will seek to encourage you to remain as independent as possible offering support in the areas that you require help with whilst supporting you to maintain skills and independence where possible.
Plas Bod Llwyd can provide short and long term Respite care, varying from a few days to several months. Respite care provides older people or their families with a break when living at home, this type of care often enables older people to remain at home for longer. Long term and short term respite care is subject to availability and can be discussed by contacting the Care Manager at the home.
