Current Vacancies - Care Home Manager

At ClwydAlyn we put people at the heart of our business. We are on an exciting journey with a new business plan focused on tackling poverty across North Wales where we provide our homes and services. Everything we do will be based on our values of trust, kindness and hope.

To support our journey, we’re looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead the team at our care home – Plas Bod Llwyd – in Newbridge, Wrexham.  Based in the stunning location overlooking Ty Mawr Country Park, Plas Bod Llwyd is a 25 bed residential care home which is supported by 32 members of staff.

As an experienced Care Home Manager, you will lead and develop the staff team to ensure that CIW compliance is maintained, that our residents receive the best possible care, and that our income streams are sufficient to support the operation of the home.

You will work collaboratively with the 3 other Nursing and Care Home Managers to embed best practice, with other teams within the business and external partners which include Wrexham County Borough Council, social services, GP’s, occupational therapists and CIW to ensure the home is effectively run and maintained.
